The Leader in Precast Concrete Walls & Fencing

How Our Panels Get from Our Site to Yours

If you’ve been considering using precast concrete for your next building project, it’s important to understand the process involved in bringing our amazing, customized precast concrete walls from our production warehouse straight to your building site. At Permacast Precast Concrete Fencing & Walls, we’re committed to helping our clients experience a smooth process from start to finish. Here’s how we do it and why we think you’ll love the process as well as the result.

Warehouse Molds and Creation

In our warehouse, we mix our aggregates and pour the resulting concrete into the molds you’ve already chosen as your customized design. Our design process includes mixing, pouring and drying your concrete under controlled circumstances. We create minimal waste as we produce your concrete walls, saving you money and saving us resources as we work. Once your concrete walls are fully prepared, they’re ready for transport. Since we have this process down to a science, we can schedule a particular delivery date for our concrete slabs to your construction site before we begin working. As you well know, staying on or ahead of schedule in a construction project is usually a challenge- with precast concrete, no longer!

Cement Building

Transportation, Weather, and Environmental Considerations

Once your precast concrete slabs are ready, we load them onto our trucks and bring them straight to your construction site at the scheduled time. Erecting and enclosing your building will take a fraction of the time on-site pours usually take. Not only do the individual pieces slide neatly into their assigned places, they also resist rot, fire and noise. Plus, they’re long-lasting! Most precast concrete pieces will still be around over 100 years from now. If weather looks to be an issue for erecting the wall panels, we simply reschedule, without costing us materials or wasted contract hours. Our process also allows for the preservation of the environment around your building site. Waste is greatly reduced and damage to surrounding trees, shrubbery and other foliage is significantly diminished.

Efficiency

Of course, by now you realize the amazing savings you’ll find by choosing to build with precast concrete. Transporting ready-to-install concrete panels directly to your building site significantly reduces the time and cost a traditional building project usually takes. You’ll also find that this isn’t the only savings you’ll experience. Precast concrete tends to get stronger over time as it settles. It also resists mold, mildew and even the cracking that traditional concrete ultimately faces. The time, costs and resources that are reduced by using precast concrete begin to multiply exponentially as you analyze the cost comparisons of these two building methods.

Transporting precast concrete to your building site instead of pouring on-site is clearly a more efficient, more cost-effective method of building your next project. The experts at Permacast Precast Concrete Fencing & Walls are always excited to talk with you about our process- how we create your next wall panels, what’s involved in bringing them to you and what you can expect from our entire experience.
